26 THINGS, CHRISTMAS

Here are my 26 things, and I'm only 5 days late! I just got my digital camera a few days before Christmas, so a few of these pictures were not taken by me. I gave credit where credit was due though. This was fun and I'm sure I'll participate in other photo projects soon, so bookmark this site! O&O!!!

3. Family: This is us when we were young! Dad took this picture, and I sure hope he doesn't mind me using it for this hunt! Thanks Dad! 

4. Thankful: We are very thankful for these 2 little ones, our grand daughters. Melissa took this pic.

7. Tradition: Christmas dinner at Mom and Dad's place has been a tradition for years, even though we do not do it on the actual day, it is a day we all look forward to and enjoy.

11. Vacation: Since I now work in retail, I did not really get a vacation this year at Christmas. My sister, neice, and I took a nice trip to Georgia a few summers ago though. This is the road to our vacation, once again snapped by sister, OttO!

12. Light: This is my little Christmas tree this year.  

13. Generosity: This is a picture of my last 4th grade class. It was taken by my sister, OttO. The kids were making Christmas cards for the older members of our parish. I have always found children to be very generous. 

14. Always: We always get snow in winter! This little chicken coop sits in our back yard.

16. Errand: Even though I performed many errands before Christmas, I did not get any pictures.  

17. Arms: These arms have carved the Christmas turkey many times.  

18. Stranger: What could be stranger than having a mule deer hanging in your living room? It stays because it was here before me! 

19. Welcome: The welcome sign that hangs above our front door. It was stitched for me by a good friend. 

20. Reach: Patti reaches for the most strategic play! Or does she? I think David won this one. 

21. Bad for You: But oh so tasty! That's why I make this only once a year.
